Discover

Scale begins each engagement by leading a discovery meeting with the client's team in order to fully understand the existing brand perception, audience definition and communication goals. During this phase, Scale works with the client to establish how the success of the work will be measured.


Research

Research is critical when forming the creative strategy behind any campaign. It is the strong foundation from which the design team creates an effective end product, motivating the customer to connect with our client.


Strategize

Leveraging the information collected in the Discovery and Research phases, Scale works with the client to develop a Brand Definition and Creative Strategy. For interactive work, we lay down the framework for the final product in the Information Architecture, User Interface Diagrams and Use Case Scenarios.


Design

Customer-appropriate visual designs are the culmination of the planning work completed. Good design is more than pleasing images and layouts, it is the face of the strategically-driven communication that better connects our clients to their customers.


Execute + Deliver

Words. Images. Structure. Paper. Digital. The campaign takes shape in this phase and is launched into the marketplace, cutting through the noise the clutter and the competition to bring the client closer to their customers.

Measure + Refine

Once the communication hits the marketplace, Scale tracks and analyzes the campaign's performance against our goals. Are we impacting brand awareness? Are we increasing clicks? Are we driving sales? If needed, we refine our efforts to increase effectiveness.
